La Autoridad de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos de Uruguay (Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales) tiene una reconocida actividad de formaci\u00f3n permanente y capacitaci\u00f3n en la Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales.<\/h4>\n

Estas actividades se dirigen a las personas, a los Responsables y Encargados de tratamiento, y a Delegados de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos.<\/p>\n

En esta oportunidad, la URCDP llev\u00f3 adelante una actividad (Taller) sobre los Riesgos y retos de la seguridad de los datos personales en la pr\u00e1ctica legal dirigida a Delegados de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (\u201cDPO\u201d).<\/p>\n

Asistieron FISCHER Abogados <\/span>Privacidad y Protecci\u00f3n De Datos<\/span><\/a> los Delegados de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Mercedes Castells y Gustavo Fischer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fue una fruct\u00edfera actividad que recorri\u00f3 los principales desaf\u00edos y riesgos en materia de seguridad de datos personales, y brind\u00f3 buenas pr\u00e1cticas y recomendaciones para mitigarlos. Siempre es enriquecedor compartir estas instancias de capacitaci\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Congratulamos a la URCDP por sus propuestas e iniciativas permanentes de formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n, sobre el derecho fundamental a la Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales.<\/strong><\/p>\n

URUGUAY’S DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY (“URCDP”) DEEPENS THE TRAINING AND ONGOING EDUCATION OF DATA PROTECTION OFFICERS (“DPO”).<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Uruguayan Data Protection Authority (Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit) has a recognized activity of permanent education and training in the Protection of Personal Data.<\/h4>\n

These activities are aimed at individuals, Data Controllers and Data Processors, and Data Protection Officers.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the URCDP carried out an activity (Workshop) on the Risks and challenges of personal data security in legal practice aimed at Data Protection Officers (“DPOs”).<\/p>\n

FISCHER Abogados, Privacy and Data Protection<\/a><\/span> was in attendance, represented by Data Protection Officers Mercedes Castells and Gustavo Fischer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was a fruitful activity that covered the main challenges and risks in terms of personal data security and provided good practices and recommendations to mitigate them.\u00a0 It is always enriching to share these instances of training and reflection.<\/p>\n
